How To Order

Big Timber Media makes researching, locating, and ordering books simple and convenient. Whether you are a school librarian or a home consumer, you have a variety of tools at your disposal on our site.

As you browse through our extensive list of titles, make sure to keep in mind a book's format. If you are interested in ordering print books, PDF eBooks, or ePub eBooks, you'll want to make sure that the books that end up in your book bag are the kind you want.

Wish List
You don't have to order the books immediately. As you browse through our site, add books of interest to your Wish List. If you've set up an account with us, the Wish List will be waiting for you when you return to the site. This is also a great way for a librarian to build a list of books to create a purchase order for authorization by school officials.

Regardless of how you use it, the Wish List allows you to keep a record of books you've found interesting.

Ordering with a Purchase Order
If you are buying for a school or other institution, you are probably using a purchase order. You can add books to your Book Bag and proceed through checkout. When it comes time to submit payment, simply indicate that you are paying with a purchase order. We can generate an invoice for you for payment through your institution's usual methods, and the order can get processed right away!

Ordering with a Credit Card or PayPal account
Big Timber Media accepts Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal payments. At checkout, you can pay directly with your credit card or click the Pay Now with PayPal button to use that method.

Receiving your books
Once your order has been placed and processed, we'll get to work on getting your books to you quickly. If any portion of your order is digital, such as e-books, interactive books, digital audio, or other electronic file, your purchase will be delivered to you by download. You will receive an email directly from Big Timber Media with instructions for downloading your file.

If you have purchased copies of any print books, they will be shipped to you directly from the publisher(s). Normally, print copies arrive within 7-10 business days.
